Our silicone rubber hot stamping dies, flat sheets and rollers are made of high quality silicone rubber which are specially
formulated to withstand the high temperatures and pressures that are inevitable during the hot stamping process. The silicone
rubber is chemically bonded to the base substrate for durability, strength and better performance.
In order to improve the quality of the hot stamping process, our silicone rubber is available in different shore durometer.
The metal base substrate onto which the silicone rubber is moulded is specially designed and machined to give optimal hot
stamping results.
