Contoured Image / Contoured Silicone Rubber Dies

Contoured Image dies are used for printing an image on a contoured plastic surface such as compact powder casing, ball point pen barrels, audio speaker cabinets rings... For hot stamping on contoured areas such as the rim of speaker rings, radio buttons, radio cassette doors, radio ornaments, we make use of contoured silicone rubber dies to hot stamp on these uneven surfaces. These dies are made using a precision - machined mould that is an exact replica of the profile of the area to be hot stamped. The rubber is moulded carefully onto the precision machined metal backing for better performance. Different rubber hardness is also used to cater to the requirement of each part.

Flat Image Silicone Rubber Dies

These dies are used to hot stamp an image onto the raised area of flat plastic surfaces such as cosmetics boxes, toiletries containers, radio casings, jewellery boxes, ball point pen barrels, name badges, bottle caps etc.

Silicone Rubber Rollers

These rollers are used in decoration of large flat surfaces by hot rolling large surface which can be flat or contoured. They are primarily used to hot roll on television cabinets, cassette doors, radio cabinets, wooden frame moldings etc.

# Rubber hardness ranges from 60-90 shore A Durometer. # Available in different Outer Diameter and Inner diameters and length. # Rollers are ground to exactly concentric O.D. to I.D. # Rollers can be ground to fit the contoured profile of the product. # Rollers can be made coreless or molded onto a steel or aluminum sleeve. # Re-conditioning and special design rollers are also available.

Silicone Rubber Flat Sheets

These sheets are used in decorating the raised area of plastic parts as well as for heat sealing purpose.
